Comfortable bed in the double room, plus a sofa bed, central heating and an iron. Very good service, parking on site.

The staff were polite, and the room was extremely spacious with clean bathroom and balcony plus comfy beds. Location: the hotel was near to shops and restaurants as well as the Izban railway for the centre and the airport. Cafe Mado located 2 km away was a nice surprise.

The pool is small, but my room was stylish and clean.

The spacious room was impeccably clean and stylish, providing an enjoyable retreat. The warm and friendly staff were helpful, especially Mr Serkan, who guided me to good local restaurants.

Loved exploring the outlet shopping nearby and visiting Ephesus. The breakfast was great and the front desk staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a group like ours. Plus, the mall is just a quick walk away, super convenient!

The hotel was situated on a busy road, making it a bit noisy at times, a downside .

We enjoyed our stay with the kids and my nephew, especially exploring the outlet shopping nearby. The spacious room was fabulous, and the breakfast spread was good. And a supermarket next door was super convenient for snacks and drinks.

In my wife's opinion, the gym and pool hours were too limited.

The location is perfect. Just a quick 7-10 minute walk to the Optimum Mall. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Definitely felt right at home.

The family room was a huge disappointment, especially when I was promised a pull-out sofa but just got an extra bed crammed in. I expected at least two room keys for our party of four, but one was all we got. Honestly, there should've been a complimentary bottle of wine after all this. Very rude to not offer it.

The hotel has the largest rooms I've ever seen, spacious enough for my family of six! We had two rooms, and the comfort level was off the charts! Plus, the staff's English skills were a huge help in Turkey!
